Vhenard and Brol are fought during the campaign's main story, while Cyhrach is encountered in the Hollowed Glacier dungeon during the Call of the Ancients side quest in the Fractured Peaks. Specifically, the health and damage output of all three bosses has been reduced, though the developers didn't specify how much.
